Refunds are available for unopened, unused items. All sale purchases are final purchases and may not be returned.
To proceed with a return, the return request must be received within 14 days of purchase. All returns must first be approved. Under no basis should you ship unapproved returns. Return shipping must be paid by buyer. A RMA is required to be completed before approval of the return will be issued. Customer must print and return the RMA with the product. To receive the RMA customer must email to request product returns within 14 days of the date of purchase:
